Fuel briquettes of the German trademark Ruf consist of sawdust and waste of quality wood, both hard and soft types of wood, and exclude bark and other waste.
It is also important that the components of Ruf fuel briquettes absolutely do not contain any glue based chemicals. First of all, it is connected with the technology of briquettes production on a special equipment system.
The production line for Ruf briquettes has two important structural elements:
- dryer, which is designed to reduce the moisture of wood chips and sawdust;
- hydraulic press, which performs briquetting of wood material.
The result of the technological process will be briquettes, shaped like a standard brick.
The technical properties of Ruf fuel briquettes are as follows:
- calorific value ranges from 4200 to 4500 kcal/kg;
- moisture is in the range of 7-13%;
- average density of briquettes is 750-800 kg/m3.
